BEEF BRISKET (VACUUM AT LOW TEMPERATURE COOKING)

Beef Brisket cooked for more than 16 hours at a low temperature between 70 and 80 degrees. This allows the inside to be pink, while still being well cooked and spiced on the outside.

Ideal for sandwiches, panini, burgers.

Preparation: defrost and cut into thin slices. Ready to use after simply defrosting.

Shelf life: product with 2 years shelf life if frozen. If thawed, it can be preserved for 3 months in the fridge without opening the bag.
