Our Fish Soup was created in 1964 by Serge Perard, the founder of Maison Perard.
this recipe that combines 5 fish species ( 40%) is delicately spiced with Saffron pistil of 1st category.
the quality of this soup made it possible to obtain the Label Rouge. Maison Perard was the first cannery to obtain this label for a fish soup.
Our fish supply is direct from the port of Boulogne-sur-mer. We favor freshness and quality but also proximity with our fishing partners.
Fish soup must be heated to taste it hot, without causing it to boil!
We advise you to accompany it with our ROUILLE sauce, cooked without preservatives, but also with our natural or garlic fried croutons.
