MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE
A rich mushroom sauce, produced in a classic way.
After braising the shallots, the freshly cut mushrooms are simmered and quenched with cognac.
The sauce is seasoned with beef stock, spices and finished with full cream
Unique to this production: we do not use mushrooms that have been blanched beforehand, but fresh mushrooms.
PEPPER CREAM SAUCE
Beautifully balanced pepper cream sauce.
Based on a delicious beef stock, rich in full cream and flavoured with a dash of red wine and cognac.
A strong but not overpowering pepper flavour, based on black ground and crushed black peppercorns.
