Arctic char

Arctic char is the world's northernmost freshwater fish and has a delicate flavour, a rich, flaky texture and a beautiful pink colour. Today, you will find it in the kitchens of many of the world's top chefs. It is a delicious and highly versatile fish, perfect for grilling, steaming, frying, steaming and smoking - hot or cold.

As far as we are concerned, it is THE sustainable alternative to open cage farmed salmon.
