Always on the lookout for new tastes, Manu and David had a new idea: chocolate chips.

To realize such an innovation, they had to find THE chocolatier with the same values as our two brothers: the pursuit of flavor, the choice of quality ingredients and the love of a job well done.

By dint of perseverance, they found Jacques and Jérémy Bockel, father and son, creative chocolatiers. Highly renowned in France, and even more so in his home region of Alsace, Jacques is the creator of tasty, creative chocolates and has won numerous awards. Seduced by the combination of a potato chip dipped in chocolate, Jacques and Jérémy Bockel decided to contribute their know-how. And so Choco'Wave was born!

Choco'Wave could be compared to a chocolate tuile, with a very slight salty note at the end, enough to delight any gourmet!
