Traditionally, Angus cattle originate from Scotland, but pioneers took the species
to the Wild West then. Nowadays, Angus is bred on different continents. The beef
of grain-fed Angus cattle distinguishes itself through its fantastic marbling and
its delicate, full flavor. Ganda traditionally prepares this delicacy (salting, curing,
and drying without added nitrate). Its intense flavour and rich aroma are obtained
naturally after a long curing and drying process (10 months), giving the beef the
time to develop its natural qualities.
