What we call barista-grade

01. ground chocolate, turning one of the slowest bar serves (when using callets/drops) into an incredible fast and consitent one, without the need to overheat the (plant-based) milk or to stir to get a homogeneous result. 

02. different tastes and intensities, with an effortless innovative (steampipe-)serve. Immediately repeatable by the whole team and without chocolate remaining in the pitchers. 

03. top quality origines and the bare minimum of ingredients, with only unrefined cane sugar, no powders, additives or messing around. With cacao beans as first ingredient, always. Fitting the specialty coffee quality.
