With the EASY CHEESY mix, RAPS introduces an innovative concept with which you can easily and quickly make a grilled cheese from ordinary cheese that will not melt on the BBQ or in the pan. This concept also lends itself perfectly to working up any leftover cheese into a product with extra added value. Moreover, numerous variations can be made quickly by adding herbs to the base mass or by marinating or breadcrumbing it.

QUICK LOOK OVER THE PRODUCTION METHOD:
Finely cut cheese, add EASY CHEESY mix and water and cut to an emulsion. Fill mass into casings and cook at 80°C. Then rinse under cold water and leave to cool. The mass can now be cut into the desired shape and processed further.
