Thius carpaccio of octopus est prepared with only the tentacles; thanks to a unique preparation method, it is extremely tender and soft; 2 variations of packaging : 500 gr for chefs in the horeca, and a 80 gr version for fine food shops and food boutiques; it comes frozen and pre-cut with 5 slices of carpaccio
