Olive oil - Huile d'olive d'Aix-en-Provence AOP

Extra virgin olive oil (or virgin for the “matured olive” category) labeled PDO.

The AOP zone offers 2 taste families.

- Intense taste: oil characterized by its slightly peppery notes, its dominant aromas of raw artichoke accompanied by notes of fresh walnuts and hazelnuts, fresh grass, red fruits.

- Matured olives: oil with characteristic aromas of black olive, cocoa, vanilla, cooked artichoke, toast (nose), sourdough bread.
