Intense taste: Oil characterized by its slightly peppery notes, its dominant aromas of raw artichoke accompanied by notes of fresh hazelnut, fresh almond, almond, fresh grass.

Matured olives: oil with characteristic aromas of black olive, cocoa, truffles, mushrooms, sourdough bread
