All the fragrance and taste of classic Bibanesi in a handy 40 gram format.
The dough is made from selected flours and extra virgin olive oil, with no added preservatives, and left to rise for over 18 hours. After leavening, the Bibanesi are shaped and stretched by hand and enriched with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, which further enhances the flavour.
Thanks to their single-portion pack, they are ideal for serving in restaurants or as a tasty snack during an aperitif or in your spare time.
