La Confiance is the organic speculoos according to the 1924 recipe of baker Jozef Borms, the great-grandfather of current owner Leo Borms.

High-fiber, low-sugar biscuits have been baked under the Ceval brand for more than 40 years.

The production of these biscuits is done using modern tools but with respect for the traditional production process. A conscious choice is made for local and high-quality ingredients.

La Confiance was officially recognized as a craftsman because of the authentic character, the manual aspect and the craftsmanship of its products towards the consumer.
