Most of CHAMART’s tea are cultivated by the CHAGUSABA farming method, traditional in Shizuoka. It is an example of circular agriculture and helps maintain the environment and biodiversity. The method was recognized as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 2013.
