As a trade fair, Tavola is the inspiration platform par excellence for buyers, managers and decision-makers of:

• retail distribution (purchasing centers, hypermarkets, supermarkets)
• wholesalers (for retail and hotel and for catering)
• import/export companies, distributors 
• mini markets, specialty stores, itinerant trade, webshops: delicatessen stores, butchers/caterers, dairies, fishmongers, drinks merchants, greengrocers, chocolate/confectionery stores, patisseries/bakers, etc.
