Created in 1969, François Doucet Confiseur is located in South of France (Provence). For 50 years now, our teams have been perpetuating and improving the traditional techniques used in artisanal confectionery and chocolate-making. We are one of major producers of French fruit jellies and chocolate covered confectionery (we coat almonds, hazelnuts, fruit jellies, gluten free crispy cereals, raisins). Every ingredient we put into our confectionery is carefully selected for quality and taste.
