We have always been oriented to the production of cjunky breadsticks, made according to the dictates of a craft production. Which includes some manual processing steps, a process of slow leavening and the total exclusion of any food preservatives. Our continuing propensity to experiment, try and tasting has led us over the years to develop other 3 lines of products, in addition to the classic: Mediterranean Taste, Organic and Ancient Grains. Now distributed throughout the country, in the most important supermarket chains and hypermarkets.
