Nomet is a young Bruges-based company founded in 2021. Seaweeds are ingredients with many benefits in terms of taste, sustainability and health, but remain largely unknown to the European public to this day. Nomet wants to change that by developing the best-tasting seaweed products with a unique, European twist.
